1. Contact Jamie O'Connell (joconnell@dccppg.com) to request an order form.
2. Complete the form including contact information and items you expect to order.
3. Email the completed Microsoft Excel form to joconnell@dccppg.com.
4. You can use the completed order form to request a purchase order.

This is what you will get when you order the Investigating History curriculum materials:

• Teacher Guides are spiral bound full-color books with laminated covers.
• Classroom Resources are shrink wrapped sets of full-color cards.
• Master Copies 3-hole drilled sets of black and white masters for photocopying.
• Student Workbooks are saddle stitched booklets. This is a convenient format for individual student use.
• All materials are 8 1/2" x 11".
